Voter's Meeting - Saturday May 19th

The voter's meeting this quarter will be in the Gym instead of the Fellowship Hall. A Potluck at 5:00 (bring your favorite dish to share), and the meeting starts at 6:00 PM. Please attend!

Confirmation Sunday - May 20th

The Rite of Confirmation will take place this Sunday at the 10:45 AM service.

Vacation Bible School 2012!

VBS this year will be the week of June 18th through the 22nd. Teachers, helpers, and donations are needed! To sign up or for more information contact the church office.

Germanfest 2012!

Join us on October 20, 2012 for German Fest from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Enjoy a cake walk, hay rides, German food and music, and various vendors. Click here for more information!

Could You Use Some Help with Your Chores?

Members of Youth, INC. are willing and available to assist you in return for a donation to our GLORYbound fund doing things like lawn mowing, gardening, babysitting, household chores, spring cleaning, painting, car washing, etc. All donations help our youth attend the Texas District Youth Gathering this summer. Please contact our church office for information if you could use some extra help around the house. Your support is appreciated!

Join the Handbell Ringers!

Youth Handbells is up and running every Wednesday night from 5:45 to 6:30 PM. If you are 5th grade thru high school, we would love to have you join with us! There is also room for two more ringers right now in the Adult Handbell Ringers. If you wish to know more about either of these groups, or how you can become a part, please speak with Sheryl Hansen, our Music Minister.

Lutheran World Relief

As the intensity of humanitarian needs increases worldwide, the requests for Lutheran World Relief Quilts and Kits are also on the rise. Today and every day, LWR Quilts and Kits give families throughout the world a helping hand, a sign of comfort and hope for the future. The LWML is putting together Personal Care Kits for shipment overseas. Items needed are: Bath-size dark-colored towels, large-toothed combs, tooth brushes, nail clippers and new bars of soap. We are collecting these items at the table down the hall from our Narthex. We also have fabrics for quilts (see Liese Rill) - just need someone to stitch up the edges. Shipment will be in a couple of months so we have time to put these together.
