	Families Who Have Their Children In Our School Have Many Positive Things to Say About Cross of Christ Lutheran School.

	Tuition, Rates and Fees Schedule

	Parents (or other legal guardians) complete an Enrollment Application and a Permanent Health History form completed by your child's pediatrician, along with your child's current immunization records. (These forms are available from the school office.) These forms are submitted along with an official copy of the child's birth certificate from the state (and/or guardianship papers) and the registration/enrollment fee. Parents (or other legar guardians) sign a Transfer of Student Records form (grades 1 - 4), which enables us to request a student transcript along with health, attendance, and other records from the school your child is leaving. Incoming grades 2-4 students take an entrance test, the Wide Range Achievement Test (WRAT), in reading, math, and spelling.

	Tuition and Fee Payment

	The following four (4) tuition payment options are available to families:
	Pre-payment in full by the first day of school, or the first day of student attendance. Automatic monthly bank payment/draft through FACTS Tuition Mangagement System. Payments are budgeted over ten (10) months. Scholar Loan Plan through FACTS. Arrangements are made directly through FACTS Management, Inc . Automatic monthly credit card billing to Discover, MasterCard, or American Express through FACTS. (Families making use of FACTS services will be charged an annual set-up fee.) Parents may pay with cash, check, or money order directly to the school office each month.
